Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls for service requests, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer information by utilizing our software and customer information systems. This is a high volume call center.

  • Converts customer service inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Initiates required response and action to customer service requests for customer order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer account files and immediately communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
  • Delivers best in class service to both internal and external customers
  • Read and understand departmental memos, promotional materials, procedure changes and implements those process and procedures immediately
  • Coordinates the response for difficult and/or unusual situations or requests Responds efficiently to customer inquiries and resolves all customer service requests
  • Closely follow company and departmental procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality Provides input and suggestions to the Customer Care Manager to further enhance the customer experience. Additionally: Strive to achieve sales goals; Probe for additional sales opportunities (cross-sell); Remind previous clients of recommendations made by technicians and assess current needs; Perform clerical and administrative support to ensure clear communication; Assist with inbound customer service inquiries as needed and maximize sales opportunities.


  • MUST have customer service and some selling experience
  • Ability to type 35 wpm with accuracy
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clear, professional, friendly speaking voice
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • Excellent Attendance and Punctuality will be REQUIRED

Knowledge Of:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound, outbound calling and email.
  • Selling principles
  • Basic Business Math and Calculations
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • General office practices and procedures
  • Basic methods and practices of financial and general record keeping
  • Telephone sales experience in a Service environment highly preferred Ability To:
  • Able to convert customer inquiries into selling opportunities
  • Multi task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Understand and carry out oral and written directions independently
  • Build rapport while identifying customers' needs
  • Make accurate mathematical calculations
  • Maintain computerized files and records
  • Establish and maintain effective inter-departmental relationships
